DSCR Loan Highlights
Our DSCR exit loan program at Irongate Lending is designed to provide bridge financing for properties that are currently rented or soon to be rented, but not yet ready for permanent financing. We offer up to 85% of the purchase price plus verified completed capex if the property was owned for less than 6 months, or 70% LTV. Minimum DSCR is 1.10 based on the lower of in-place rent and market rent.
